Do I need to be home?

Not at all. Leave your bin where the council empties it and Ben will clean it there and put it back. Visits are arranged after your bin has been emptied.

How do I pay?

There's nothing to pay online. Ben confirms the price and how to pay when he confirms your booking on WhatsApp. If Ben couldn't clean your bin, you don't pay.

Can I skip, move or cancel?

Yes, whenever you like. Just message Ben on WhatsApp to skip, move or cancel a clean. Prefer to call? 07940 118192. No contract and no fee.
